Most AI systems begin with human input and may be intrinsically biased toward some response(s), unknowingly or not. The best systems identify and eliminate these types of biases. These are the standard we work to build our models toward.
To grasp the nature of the system, subject matter experts (SMEs) are essential observers for pointing out potential issues and factors which help characterize the problem. They are also valuable testers for the solutioning process and to ensure the goal is met.

Solutioning Process…
The problem statement and solutioning process may be done entirely virtually. However, in-person meetings may be scheduled if need be and if you are in the Chicagoland area. Whichever need fits your particular situation!
Oftentimes, the solutioning process happens in sprints so there will be the need to plan the sprint with the customer and report out the sprint results to the customer at the conclusion of the sprint.
